Scan a ticket and it becomes a sticker. Half Stub finds the photos you took that day, at that place, and keeps them with the stub.

Half a stub, a whole memory

The train tickets, boarding passes, ferry tickets and concert tickets in your drawer. Keep them one by one, and each day comes back with them.

  1. Scan it, keep it

    Photograph a paper ticket, or import a screenshot, a Wallet pass or a booking text. It becomes a sticker with a white border, then gets a stamp and a number. Lost the ticket long ago? Add it from memory.

  2. Photos find their way back

    Half Stub looks through your library for photos taken that day, at that place. The sure ones go straight in; the unsure ones say why and wait for you.

  3. The sound of that day

    The cheering after the show, the chatter on the way home. Record a clip and keep it with the stub; it plays when you open it.

  4. Trips

    Outbound and return tickets and everything in between come together as one trip, day by day.

  5. Collections

    Collect by artist, ticket type or tag, or hand-pick: every Mayday show, every museum, every province you've been to.

  6. Share cards

    Turn a stub, a trip or a collection into an image that looks like an exhibit. Names, ID numbers, barcodes and order numbers are blurred automatically, with the Half Stub signature at the bottom.

Five styles

The same layout in different colors, type and texture. When it follows the system, light mode uses Scrapbook and dark mode uses Night Show.

Your stubs stay with you

Half Stub keeps your things, and keeps them safe.

  • Photos stay in your library; Half Stub only links to them. Only Annual Pass members' highly rated photos are backed up inside Half Stub.
  • Scanning, recognition, photo matching and recording all happen on your iPhone. Nothing is uploaded.
  • No location permission: your photos already know where they were taken.
  • Stubs are kept as they are. When you share, names, ID numbers, barcodes, QR codes and order numbers are blurred automatically.
  • No social features: no follows, likes or comments. Your data lives only in your own iCloud.
  • Not a wallet: no entry QR codes, no ticket checking.

Free and Annual Pass

Free is about how many stubs you keep; the pass adds these features.

Keep up to 5 stubs, with:

Annual Pass

Unlimited stubs, plus:

  • More styles and share templates, a gold foil signature

Memories are never locked. After your pass ends, every stub, photo and sound you kept can still be viewed, edited and exported.

There are Monthly, Annual and Lifetime passes. Prices will be on the App Store once the app is out.
